Roasted Peppers for Sushi or Sushi Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 Bell Pepper - Red or Orange
- 3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp Rice wine Vinegar
- 1 sheet Nori - ripped into chunks
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
Instructions
- Cut Bell peppers into quarters, and remove seeds.
- Place peppers cut side down on baking sheet with olive oil and roast at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, you want them to be soft
- Peel off skin once you take them out of the oven
- Add all ingredients together and mix, add your peppers to marinade and make sure they are well coated and let sit for at least 30 mins or store in the fridge. Can be used up to 5 days.
- This is good to make Sushi with or can make sushi bowls!
