The Easiest Fettuccine
Materials
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 tbsp Treeline Herb & Garlic cheese
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves, chopped.
- 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 tbsp Vegan butter
- 1 Lemon (Half for the pasta, half cut up into slices for each individual pasta)
- 1/3 Cup Toasted Walnuts or Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions
- boil salted pasta water and cook pasta for about 8-10 mins
- Sauté the garlic mushrooms and zucchini, add salt and pepper to taste
- Once pasta is cooked and drained add pasta, veggies, Treeline cheese, butter and your reserved pasta water to pot you cooked the pasta and mix together.
- Add half juice of your lemon and add arugula
- Plate pasta, add sliced lemon to plate, and top pasta with toasted walnuts and serve!!
Notes
- You can add any veggies to this!
- you can sub spinach in place of arugula
