Lettuce, thinly sliced
Avocado or Guacamole
Black olives
Follow Your Heart Vegan yellow cheese shreds
Vegan Sour cream
Green Onions
Pickled Jalapenos
Tomato, chopped
Instructions
Add beans and a splash of water and salt to a pot and heat through.
Lightly spray tortillas with oil and place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 5 mins. Watch these because they can burn easily!
Add chopped veggies to a pan and sauté, after about 7 mins add in your seasonings and continue cooking for another 5 mins.
Tostada Assembly
Carefully add two scoops of beans to your tostada, add as many veggies as you like.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, jalapenos, olives and green onions and enjoy!
Notes
This is good with some many different ingredients. Frozen corn is good with the sautéed veggies and of course my vegan sour cream!
