1Flatbread (I like the Lavish bread from Trader Joes)
2tbspHummus
1 tbspGarlic spread (see notes)
1Tomato, thinly sliced
1/2Bell pepper, thinly sliced
2SlicesTofu, thinly sliced
1/2Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Add hummus to flatbread, add garlic spread on top, now pile your veggies: tofu, tomato, cucumbers, red onion, bell pepper and a Drizzle of balsamic. Vegan feta would be good on this too!
Notes
I like the garlic spread from Trader Joes, but I have seen it at almost any grocery store now near the hummus.
