1BagSour Dough or White Bread torn into bite size pieces
2CupsVeggie Broth
2Celery Sticks, diced
1/2Onion, diced
3Garlic Cloves, minced
8ozMushrooms (opt)
1Flax egg (see recipe notes)

3tbspPoultry or Turkey seasoning *Check Ingredients this is usually vegan!
3SticksField Roast, Italian Sausage
Instructions
Tear bread apart in small pieces and bake in oven till crispy (350 degrees for 5 mins make sure to watch)
Sauté Garlic, onion, celery, mushrooms and seasoning until translucent
Chop up field roast sausage and sauté until crispy.
Once the above is done you add all ingredients to your baking dish and slowly pour in the veggie broth and mix! You can do this to your liking up to 2 cups. Do you like a drier stuffing? Use less liquid, like a softer stuffing? Use more liquid, add

Flax egg is 1 tablespoon ground flax meal, 3 tablespoons water mixed and let sit for 5 minutes or more.Field Roast is my favorite Italian Vegan Sausage but feel free to sub your favorite!
