2Green onions, thinly sliced (Green & White parts)
1/2Cucumber, finely chopped
1/2ozCilantro, finely chopped (stems included)
Instructions
Taco Filling
Add garlic, half the lime juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, oregano, paprika, cumin and 1 tbsp veggie oil and mix. Add sliced seitan to marinade and let set for at least 20 mins or longer
Add remaining lime juice, radishes, green onions, cucumbers, cilantro, drizzle of olive oil and salt. Mix and set aside. This is your slaw for your tacos
Add seitan and marinade to heated pan and cook until crispy, about 7-10mins.
Heat tortillas up and assemble tacos. Add seitan, slaw and vegan sour cream if you have it and enjoy!
